Mature organisations must have effective leadership pipeline to ensure their sustainability and the sustainability of the industry within which they operate. At its 22nd Annual General Meeting, TAOMAC elected its office bearers by secret ballot. In this photo, the outgoing Chairman of the TAOMAC Board Mr Orlando Da Costa shaking hands with and wishing him well the incoming Chairman Mr. Kalpesh Mehta after the former was declared elected as the Chairman. It was such an exhilarating and relishing moment witnessing the captains of the petroleum supply industry “passing on” the leadership role of one of the vital organisation in the country whose members contribute up to 75% of the Tanzania’s customs revenues according to the Tanzania Revenue Authority”
