“Last week was a great milestone for Illovo Sugar Africa Commercial teams. The Group Sales team virtually brought together 136 delegates from 6 countries for the first Illovo Sales Conference. This was a culmination of a 4 years Commercial capability development journey under the sponsorship of Andre Lubbe, Group Commercial Director. As a Sales Organizations we looked back, we shared best practices, we articulated the future, we celebrated best performers and we were inspired by several speakers including Gavin, Illovo Sugar Africa Group MD, Rebecca Katowa, MD Zambia Sugar and we were honoured to have the presence of one of the Top Commercial Gurus and Leader the African continent have produced, Baker Magunda, CEO Guinness Nigeria as our external guest speaker.
