The Full Certi?ed Manager (CertM) is a professional credentialing program that certi?es a person’s ability to manage and capacity to lead at a competent level. CertM certi?cation is earned by completing academic and experience requirements, as well as passing a series of three CertM assessment exams. Applicants for the program should have prior work experience, but may or may not have held a management position. Employers use the CertM certi?cation to screen individuals for employment and growth by identifying distinguished candidates when ?nding highly skilled talent in the labour pool.
