Smart solutions: A year of growth, innovation, and collaboration – Imperial Innovations looks back on a successful 2022

As the year comes to a close, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on all that we’ve achieved together and express our gratitude for your support.

We started the year off by launching our own IoT platform, which allowed us to develop a range of projects and remotely collect, secure, and manage data from a central location.

In March, we officially launched our electronic brand, Moran Tanzania. Moran became the umbrella for all of our locally prototyped and assembled machines, including LCD displays, interactive displays, asset trackers, smart water meters, tablets, self-dispensing machines, digital kiosks, and complete conferencing solutions. Today, proudly many Tanzanian companies including government sectors are using our conferencing solutions.

In April, we launched a highly advanced platform that enables listed companies to hold their AGM through physical, virtual, or hybrid methods. We were also very proud to provide on-site hardware support for CRDB’s AGM.

May saw the launch of our first smart center, a one-stop solution for customers to visit and experience our products, as well as share their project ideas for development.

In July, we deployed fully interactive and IoT-managed vending machines at the Julius Nyerere International Airport Terminal 3. These machines are fully automated and require minimal human interaction to manage them.

October brought the launch of our content management solution, Laibon. Laibon’s CMS is user-centric, with an advanced management system designed to allow businesses to fully control, update, schedule, and manage content from anywhere with just a few clicks. Two key features that set Laibon apart from other solutions are the ability to initiate surveys remotely and share live stream events with a single click to all displays.

Throughout the year, we were fortunate to have the opportunity to execute a range of experiential campaigns for our clients. These campaigns allowed brands to connect with their audiences in a meaningful and unique way. We are grateful for the opportunity to work on these projects and help our clients achieve their marketing goals.
