Vacancy: Sales Coordinator

We seek a talented and enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to the overall success of our company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in the printing industry and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Support: Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries, preparing quotes, and processing orders. Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients to address their needs and provide exceptional service.
• Coordination: Coordinate with various departments, including production, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless order fulfilment and delivery. Monitor order status and proactively address any issues that may arise.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions. Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the sales team.
• Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, track key performance indicators, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement. Provide accurate and timely information to the management team for decision-making purposes.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the printing industry, with a strong understanding of printing processes, materials, and technologies. Previous experience in a sales support or coordination role is highly desirable.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Computer Literacy: Proficient in using computer software and applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems. Familiarity with printing industry-specific software is a plus.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer orders and documentation.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work culture. Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and work under pressure.
