Summer Camp for Kids: This summer, don’t let your child stay idle – ignite their imagination, boost their confidence, and fuel their curiosity at Camp Quest, Tanzania’s most exciting innovation-packed summer adventure! From 9 June to 16 August 2025, the internationally recognised Young Engineers team brings you a thrilling, enriching experience like no other.
Crafted specifically for ages 4 to 13, Camp Quest at the Young Engineers STEM Centre in Masaki is where science meets fun, coding meets creativity, and teamwork makes dreams work! It’s the camp where every single day comes with a new theme that teaches vital 21st-century skills – while kids are laughing, learning, and living their best camp life.
DAILY QUEST THEMES TO SPARK WONDER
Monday – Fizzology
Science gets explosive (safely)! From fizzy reactions to foamy fun, children explore basic chemistry in ways that fizz, foam, and fascinate. It’s science like they’ve never seen before – playful, hands-on, and endlessly cool.
Tuesday – Code Quest
Crack the code and enter the world of digital discovery! Kids will learn the basics of programming and how tech shapes their world. Unlock logic, develop digital literacy, and get a head-start in tomorrow’s tech-driven landscape.
Wednesday – Artventure
Unleash the inner artist! On Artventure day, campers explore creativity, visual expression, and storytelling through colors, shapes, and perspectives. Every child becomes a visionary as they think larger than life.
Thursday – Inventopia
Welcome to the future! Here, kids build, tinker, and invent using engineering principles. This is where little hands bring big ideas to life through problem-solving challenges, robotics, and design thinking.
Friday – Snack Hack
Mix, mash, and munch! Cooking becomes a creative science as children blend ingredients with imagination. Beyond just recipes, they’ll learn about nutrition, measurements, and the art of flavor through safe and tasty kitchen experiments.
Saturday – Mission Connect
Teamwork is the theme! Campers build social-emotional skills and leadership qualities through cooperative games and collaborative missions. It’s all about working together, building empathy, and making connections that matter.
