- Present It: Once your masterpiece is ready, present it with pride and style. Show off your attention to detail and culinary flair as you showcase your creations to the judges and fellow competitors.
- Judging Time: Brace yourself as our judges evaluate your dish based on the E A T methodology:
- Execution: How well did you execute your dish? From preparation techniques to cooking methods, we’ll look for precision and skill in every bite.
- Appearance: They say we eat with our eyes first, so presentation is key! Impress us with your dish’s visual appeal and artistic flair.
- Taste: Last but certainly not least, the most important criterion – how does it taste? Let the flavours of your chocolate creation dance on our taste buds and leave us craving for more!
