Underprivileged children need support in learning

As we go about our daily lives, we easily forget how difficult it is for some members of our own society to attain some very basic rights and necessities.  Whereas there are many organisations out there that take care of their food and nutrition as well as shelter needs of such groups, Uhuru Walk, through an annual walk and treasure hunt, raises awareness and capacity of educators to help underprivileged and sick children get access to a high standard of early years learning.  The children themselves are exposed to such learning which is equivalent to any private school learning.
