HALA Equipment Trading LLC was set up in 1998 in Sharjah to sell quality used forklifts from Japan. Since then Hala has grown and diversified to become one of the key players in the UAE’s material handling and transport services sector.
In 2002, Hala was the first to introduce Sideloaders in the UAE to efficiently handle and transport freight containers. In 2003, Hala Equipment Trading was appointed the sole distributor of Heli Forklifts in the UAE, to serve the burgeoning industries across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain. Heli is China’s No. 1 forklift brand and has been the country’s top brand for the last 52 years. It is also the world’s 8th largest forklift manufacturer and is known globally for its tough and efficient forklifts.
Today, Hala’s scope of operations includes a variety of Heli products, including Forklifts, Forklift Attachments, Wheel Loaders and Tow Tractors that cater to industries as diverse as manufacturing, oil and gas, warehousing, transport and logistics. Hala also has a Rental Division offering Sideloader Rentals and undertakes repairs for forklifts and warehouse equipment.
