An idea to celebrate children’s play and imagination around the world

Celebrated on a day where all the children around the world share the fact that we have 12 hours of daylight – the equinox! We might not all share the same resources, the same seasons, the same cultures or religions… but we can share the fact we ALL have 12 hours of daylight and we can celebrate children’s right to PLAY.

Play outdoors and explore nature… fairies gives you the chance to see the little things up close

The celebration has been held on the Friday closest to the equinox – a day where the number of sunlight hours is the same no matter where you are in the world… suddenly we are united by light… and play… and our imaginations!

Meadows Academy is a unique daycare centre, kindergarten, and preschool that focuses on individual children learning needs. With a profound emphasis on reading and counting skills, we also provide the ultimate basis for competence as a child moves from one level to another.
